My Guarantee to You
I guarantee all knives, whether purchased directly or third party, new or used, to last you for the rest of your life. Period. If for any reason something happens to your knife under proper use, I will repair or replace it free of charge.
My Knives are cutting tools, nothing else. If you hammer, pry, baton, throw or in any other way abuse your knife, the guarantee is void. Use your knife for cutting. If you want an ax, I will make you one, don’t use your knife to chop down a tree.
I will also not be held responsible for any accidents using Jarosz Knives. They come extremely sharp, treat them with respect, just as you would a firearm. Use caution and proper cutting techniques when using any of my knives.
Knife Care
All knives need sharpening eventually, but if properly maintained, sharpening your Jarosz Knives will be no problem. If you are not comfortable with sharpening, I will provide the service for you free of charge and only ask you cover the shipping.
If your folding knife starts getting a rough action because of dirt/debris, you can disassemble the knife and it will not void the guarantee. All you need to do is remove the screws from the unmarked side of the blade and pull the blade out. Clean thoroughly with Acetone and put a drop of your favorite lubricant on the pivot and reassemble. If you do not feel comfortable, I will also provide this service free of charge.
